My name is Kitty. I'm the mother of three beautiful sons: two of which are special needs children. In order to facilitate their needs it was necessary to change everything from how I cooked to what I used to clean and how I cleaned. So far it has made a world of difference!

We currently deal with fibromyalgia, medullary sponge kidney (MSK), autism, angelman syndrome, PTSD, insomnia, diabetes, hypoglaucemia, IBS, asthma, rhinosinusitis, teen depression, anxiety, pervasive developmental disorder (PDD) and food allergies. 

My family and I live in a blended household of two families which come together into one community. We're active crafters in all sorts of mediums from soap making to painting, drawing, jewelry crafting, wood burning, sewing, creative writing, various musical instruments and miniature crafting. We do a lot of family cooking and housekeeping and rennovations.

We have two dogs (a beagle and a basenji mix), 2 cats and a fancy rat.
